Meet the Founder
Samantha Gwiza is the Founder of Mustard Seed Solutions; a full-service event management firm built on financial strategy and operational discipline.
Samantha's path to event planning started outside of work, she has planned and executed weddings, social gatherings, curated events, and other special occasions for family and friends, drawn in by the joy of bringing people's visions to life and watching it all come together for the people she loves. She has also volunteered on the planning and execution of multi-day conferences, giving her hands-on experience with the logistics, pacing, and coordination that large-scale meetings demand. That experience, paired with a professional background in legal finance, data analytics, and operations, led her to found Mustard Seed Solutions in 2025, turning a personal passion into a firm built to give organizations the structure and financial discipline most planners leave out.
Today, she brings that same care to full-service event and meetings management, from social celebrations to corporate meetings and conferences, pairing hands-on execution with the financial rigor organizations need to plan with confidence.
With a master's degree in Financial Services and Banking, Samantha brings expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, financial controls, and process improvement to every event she plans. She helps clients align event goals with sound financial management, creating events that are both impactful and sustainable.
